Meet the Founder
Kristen Baker is the principal consultant and founder of eCOA Advantage, LLC.
Kristen is a PMP-certified leader with over 15 years of experience in the clinical research industry, over a decade of which have been spent working exclusively with eCOA technology. She has deep knowledge of the clinical trials process and regulations as well as the technical expertise to maneuver the intricacies of eCOA solutions.
Kristen has led global eCOA projects and teams at vendor companies and partnered with sponsors of all sizes in her career.
She understands each step of the eCOA process and “speaks the same language” as eCOA vendors, enabling her to lead a smooth and successful implementation of the technology from the client side.
Kristen also has experience working in clinical trial management for a CRO, so understands firsthand the challenges that sponsors face when juggling the many complex aspects of study startup and ongoing study management. Kristen has been a part of the evolution of electronic technology adoption in clinical trials for many years and is uniquely poised to serve as an expert partner for her consulting clients.
Kristen holds a B.S. in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and maintains an active PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
